Plots
Theston has three different sized plots each with a different price. When building on the plots make sure that you build INSIDE the stone brick square, do not build on the stone brick.​

• 15x15- $1500
• 20x20- $2000

Features
Theston has many different features that are included when you buy a plot. Theston has a 100x30 farm that will have multiple layers built upon it in the future. I, EkiSangheart, will also offer free TPs to the city of Theston, this does not include all TPs, just TPs to the city.

Rules​

1. All server rules still apply in Theston.
2. No Griefing! This includes placing LWCs on chests, signs, blocks, etc. that are not yours. In addition, breaking roads and public buildings will count as griefing.
3. No Trolling or generally ruining the experience of others in the town.
4. No Stealing! This is fairly straightforward. Do not steal from other town members or town staff.
5. The maximum building height is y=124, which is 60 blocks above ground level. Minimum building height is y=54, or 10 blocks below ground level.
6. If you are inactive 14 days or more without informing me either ingame through PM or mail or on the forums in the comments of this thread or through PM then you will have 3 days to remove your house and remove your LWC locks before either I, EkiSangheart, or someone else does it and takes what is there.
7. Do not block or obscure the sign on the corner of your plot. This is to make sure that you are the owner of the plot and tell me when to check ifyou have been on.
8. Have fun! We play this game for a fun experience and to relax.
