Id caution you to giving a loan to a user who asks what the max you can give is. This means they have no purpose fore the money (something that has a price tag) and are either looking to get a loan fir lotto (not a safe investment ( or plan on simply scammibg you. Not accusing anyone but be warry as one lender to another.
