The only arguement I have against that is that some people might not even try to sell perms, yet they get some of the money.

What puts you above the other users applying?: I am very good and efficient at building and making money. I love everything about ecc. I am a big donater. I have a computer with 200 gigs of ram and gets about 800 fps so I never get lag and build extremely fast. And finally my custom tag is [hippo] :p

 

With only $18,000 every time someone sells perms or even around $15,000 at the beginning, it's not really worth my time to sell perms and build the farm when I could make my own money faster.

 

How many people do you know that are actually going to buy perms..?
