Why are you attempting to claim this town?: To further expand my nation.
What are your future plans with this town?: Selling plots, places for new people to live and to teach them the ways of ECC. If the town is transferred, I will be keeping it mostly intact because it will be the perfect town for new players to get acclimated to our server.
