• Why are you attempting to claim this town?: I wish to attempt to rebuild this town near spawn to it's former glory, and essentially clean it up for new users coming out of spawn.
• What are your future plans with this town?: I plan to either make it into a town to sell pre-built plots, or make it a private towns for a few of my friends / fellow staff members to build as they see fit.

• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
