Why are you attempting to claim this town: I've been the owner of this town since shortly after it's inception, however KazanaAoi has been inactive since the end of 2012 and so I've been unable to set portals or warps to build things in the town. I'm claiming it so that I have the full ownership rights to apply for things in a town I've effectively owned for several years. What are your future plans with this town: Right this second the plan is to set up an auxiliary spawnshop (a shop where I put items that I can't fit in my spawnshop and buy items in signs that I also don't have space for in my spawnshop). I need to be able to set a warp and possibly a portal in this town so that people can access said shop. The town also has a small farm I may make a small residential section in the not-as-near future. We can see there are outstanding applications and handle them when we are able to. As well, after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
