Out of curiosity, since they are the same owners as this town that is also being claimed (with the same official owner on both), if that claim succeeds, would we still need to wait the full 3 days for this one too even though activity was evaluated already? (If not, not a big deal. Just asking out of curiosity as I don’t remember a time when two towns with the exact same owners were being claimed af the same time, but a day or two staggered)
