Why are you attempting to claim this town:

Because it directly abuts the northern end of the Lancaster complex, and blocks any expansion in that direction. The player put it there, did nothing, then stopped playing a month later.​

What are your future plans with this town:

I plan to build an eternal monument to the immortal greatness of Nicit6.​

Additional information about your town claim:

I want to change the name of this town, and I plan to make a suggestion that the right to rename a town can be sold as a server feature, because it's cosmetic.​

I ... don't have any idea how to do that. And I can't access KittyKatsAttack's profile page, because settings?

 

For KittyKatsAttack, if I go click on her name, like you said, it brings up a little box which does not tell me her /seen date. However, if I click on "profile page," which would tell me that, it tells me that player has blocked other players from seeing that, or only allows certain players access. "This member limits who may view their full profile." OK, I found it. I literally cannot access that information.

For cutieepie, I can get to that, and it says "last seen Dec 6, 2015." This is the one that prompted me to tell you I was filing this at six months minus one day. But I am technologically illiterate. I don't know how to make a screenshot outside of Minecraft, and I don't know where my computer would put it if I did.

That being said, if you click on my last town claim, you'll note that I did not have to provide these screenshots last time. Which is good. Because I am inept. While I am all for strict adherence to the rules, this is a bit counter-productive, don't you think? Neither of these players even exist on the server.
