I would just like to say regarding this I mentioned to you in game that I was going to attempt to claim it last time however they came on prior to that, nor to mention I was a president at the time and would if had to rank up first.

Regarding your second part about your town claim, I can understand where you're coming from however, as also mentioned to you in game I saw your application posted with your message "lock" and also saw the reply from another user saying how it was a few days early; this lead me to believe that your were in fact possibly attempting to claim the same town as I was thinking about. In addition to this I was also informed by another user that you were trying to go for the claim on this town. Itwas just then after this point that I messaged you in game.
