I am confused as to why the User seen information is <mod-edit>?
As to @Mission001 's question - I have been told that the forum date is used if the /seen shows no date last seen. If the player /seen actually shows 6 months 5 days for example that is when the forum date is not important. They still will be notified and given 3 days.-

As voiD_yO's /seen is over 6 months ago, the town claim should go through as expected, unless voiD_yO logs in within the three days given by the GA+ who handles the application or replies to the forum PM issued by the GA+.
So yeah, everything should be good unless voiD_yO comes online within those 3 days (The usual stuff). -
