Terms of the Contract:

• This is a contract to facilitate the town claim of Offgrid (MN) (https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/additional-town-application-reverse_ice18.196538/)
• @PremixedGenie agrees that this contract can be used in a town claim by @SpartanAmaroq.
• @SpartanAmaroq agrees that @PremixedGenie will remain as coowner of the town "Offgrid" (MN)
• When town is moved to a new spot @SpartanAmaroq will have to remove @PremixedGenie, but once move is complete @PremixedGenie will be set back to co-owner status.
• Should the town claim fail for whatever reason (i.e. official owner returns etc.) then this contract will be void
