Hello, I have more than enough for president and then tycoon right after IF I sell my melon sword, but I do not want to do this. What I propose is you pay me 200k and I will place my pres town ANYWHERE you choose and you get to use my town claim on any town you want! This will benefit you because a town claim is 500k with tycoon, and a town after president is 200k. Some things to note: -I have never had a scamming complaint filed against me -I am applying for mod so no amount of ECD is worth losing that chance for a scam. -I will apply for any town features you need as long as you pay for them. -The town is placed using your coordinates so you can have it anywhere you want. -The town claim can be used at anytime, and I have no choice, it's all up to you. -I will not remain an owner of the president town/claimed town unless you want me to. -I will make a contract for everything, unless you want to do it For a low price of 200k you can have all this! Post on this thread or PM ingame and we can sign the contracts needed.
I am willing to pay up to 60k for the town, but any higher I do not believe is worth because I could just pay a resident.
