General Purpose of Contract:
I @miniCLH will be buying @GMaxx's town claim for $150,000 and with this be applying to claim a 'yet to be named town' this will then be transfered from @GMaxx to @miniCLH giving @miniCLH 100% ownership of the town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @miniCLH will agree to pay @GMaxx $150,000 within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.
I, @miniCLH will forum pm @GMaxx the EcoLeader town claim application 'Town Claim #2' for them to go over and post within 24 hours of this contract being accepted


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
I, @GMaxx agree to add use the application sent to me via forum pm and apply for the town claim within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
I, @GMaxx agree to give @miniCLH 100% ownership of the town, thus allowing him to do what he's sees fit with the town
I, @GMaxx will add @miniCLH to the owners list and remove myself, @GMaxx as a owner within 12 hours of the town claim application being accepted.
I, @GMaxx agree to never re-claim back the town and agrees to add @miniCLH back to the town if removed wrongfully.
I, @GMaxx agrees to allow @miniCLH to file for a town transfer app when he sees fit to.
I, @GMaxx will not lock/destroy anything in the town when part of the owners list.
I, @GMaxx will refund @miniCLH $150,000 if the town claim application is un-successful within 24 hours of the application being denied.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
