Hello @freddyagogo. Just a few things that need to be changed here. If you could please specify the dates of this 3 week period. When does it start and when does it end. Please provide specific dates regarding the period of time rodgersfan has. Also, adding a clause regarding lateness on the agreement made would help. Something like, "If he does not complete the clearing in the 3 weeks given, he will be required to payback 15,000 EcoDollars."
