IGN: Revanrose6 Users Involved in this Contract: roserevenge13 General Purpose of Contract: Town Agreement I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will not sell or transfer ownership of CastleLuna to anyone without the express permission of RoseRevenge13 and will only be Co-Owner or Owner-Regent until the time that RoseRevenge13 wishes to reclaim her town. At that time, Revanrose6 will gladly return full ownership. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Roserevenge13 will give Revanrose6 co-ownership of CastleLuna. During this time, Revanrose6 has the right to build anything, add players, sell plots, and do anything Revanrose6 wants with the town except for the following: Revanrose6 cannot sell the town nor add any owner's to the town without explicit permission. Currently acceptable added co-owner's are Grimm123 and Core_Diver. Any other people must be cleared with Roserevenge13 first. Revanrose6 cannot remove Roserevenge13 from the town at all. If any other added acceptable owners remove Roserevenge13, Revanrose6 has 24 hours to fix this via /rg addowner CastleLuna roserevenge13 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
