I clear everything from houses to Huge town demolition. I recently clear out @RoseDust27's town and it went successfully. Payments depend on what the job is and how big it is. Here are the price ill do for some jobs. Clearing is as in land and Demolition is as in houses, farms and others.
1. 200x200 town demolition- 30k-45k
2. 200x200 town clearing- 40k-65k
3. 100x100 town demolition- 15k-35k
4. 100x100 town clearing- 25k-40k
5. Anything below what is above- 10k-20k pending on size

Hey are you able to clear a 400x200 area? The area is in the ocean so you'll need sponge and such. Just let me know if you could do it.
