General Purpose of Contract:
The exchange of money for mayor in return for a town, Ravenwood.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, Revanrose6, will provide Captainwow12 with $85,000 that is only to be used for Mayor. I will also place the town posts, provide the cords, and the town name, Ravenwood. I will also ensure that all zoning laws are met, accept any fines that are placed for messing that up and that any issues that arise from that will be handled. I will also provide the exact application that needs to filed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Captainwow12 will file the application exactly as I provide and us the $85,000 I provide only for Mayor. Further, Captainwow12 will give up all rights to the town created from his Mayorship. Captainwow12 will not attempt to retrieve the town. The second Captainwow12 application is approved he is to do the following command:

/rg addowner Ravenwood Revanrose6

Immediately after that, or as soon as Revanrose6 gets on Revanrose6 will remove Captainwow12 as owner.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
