    Hello potential Co-mayors,

    The town of Crannington has recently re-opened, and I have found it hard for me to be able to sell plots fully, as I may be called away in the middle of transaction. With that fact I have decided that I wanted to open up an application for users who want to Co-mayor, the position is open to any users resident or above+, but they may not be a Mayor of an active town, as then I will see them having to decide which town to work on. The position of co-mayor of Crannington comes with benefits and responsibilities, and I may chose anywhere from 0-2 of the applicants, at my digression. Below you will find a set of requirements, responsibilities , and benefits to being co-mayor. After the choosing of the co-mayor(s), I do have the right to remove you if I find evidence you severe or continued disregard to your responsibilities, or leaving a generally bad impression of this town. I am planning to have this run a week or so, but I may end it sooner or later, based on the applicants.

    Requirements:
    1. User must spend a decent amount of time on the server, I am looking for around 5+ hours, but 3 hours is all that is required. Also preferred if they are on around the same time as me, which is around during the evening of EST(UTC - 5:00).
    2. User must be selling, or attempting to sell plots while on, there is no point to being a co-mayor if there is no one in the town.
    3. User is required to check the farm daily, and fix any damages found, if major damage is found to report it immediately to me.
    4. User must be able to talk with the town residents, the owners of the town must stay in touch with the residents, or the town starts to feel stagnate, and only a place to have chests.
    5. User must know how to post Lwc and grief reports, or if they do not, be able to learn how to do it, as it is part of the job.
    6. User must know and uphold town rules, found here or in the portal room(portal is located 18th floor, green row)
    Responsibilities:

    1. User must fulfill the requirements daily.
    2. User must give half of all plot sales to me.
    3. User must report all rule breaks to me, even if they were settled by the user.
    4. User must be able to help in town projects, whether it involves funding, blocks, or labor to the project.
    5. User will be in charge of hiring workers for projects that need them, the pay of the workers will be provided by me when I ask you to hire them. Also hiring and watching the workers does count as contribution to town projects.
    6. More responsibilities may be added later, but user will be informed of the changes before hand.
    Benefits:

    1. Access to all normal town benefits like the town farm, e-repairs and more!
    2. A choice of any free plot in the town, I would recommend a 10x10 myself, but the choice is there. Resigning this position will either have this plot returned to town in 3 days, or requiring you to purchase it.
    3. A 50% discounts to any plots in any towns under the control of my nation, which currently only consists of Crannington and Fresnia, with Fresnia under deconstruction .
    4. More benefits may be added later as I get more features, or the town(s) are expanded upon.

    Central and i am on from about 5:30-7:00 A.M. 3:30-4:30 P.M. and maby at night when the parents are not strict. Also on the weekends all the time

    4 Why do you want to be a Co-mayor: As comayor, I would sell plots, solve problems within the town, fix any minor griefs, do LWC removals and grief reports, and help work on stuff that is needed.

    I had two towns sold one and the other i am the only one with perms and never sold a plot

    4 Why do you want to be a Co-mayor: I want to be co-mayor because I think i can help Crannington become a great town(and any other towns you have)

    6 What Timezone are you in, and what times are you normally on: est in the morning at 7:45ish for a few mins then at like 4pm ish for a few hrs (my times might be off XD don't keep much track)

    4 Why do you want to be a Co-mayor:Because i want to be able to help the town, people and you by doing the request required to the best of my ability and help you because you are a moderator which i know is busy most of the time dealing with the server.

    5 Have you and and accept the Requirements, responsibilities, and benefits of this position: Yes, I have accepted the requirements, responsibilities, and benefits of this position because I am on the server every day for about 5 hours +, I spend most of my time in the town, I have made a shop for the town, I bring people to the town and most of all i respect the people and town rules by helping them also to the best of my ability

    7 Is there anything you would like to add to this app, in addition to the required questions: Yes, I have been in your town for a long time now and i have helped the town and people by suggesting ideas and showing people around. I help them when possible and i make sure there are no griefed areas in the town. Before i log off, i check to see if everyone in the town is ok and then i check for griefed areas within the town so i know that the town is safe and protected. If i see anyone griefing or disrespecting the town i report them to you and also if there is any griefed ares within the town. I play the server every day and I am in your town every day helping around. I increase the population of the community by showing them the town and getting them to contact one of the owners if they want a plot. As co-mayor i would, help the town, help the people in the town, increase the population of the community, pay half of the money that i get from the plots and shops, suggest ideas for the town to make more money and to make it fun for the players, report any griefed areas and when a player(s) disrespecting or griefing the town, Donate to the town and much more. I have read the town rules and the requirements, responsibilities and the benefits from the co-mayor app page and i can and will do those what are required with no-problems at all. I have already suggested an idea to you about the town which is a spleef arena which you were going to have a look into it. I will suggest more ideas for the town and help it along with the people to the best of my ability. I can handle the position of co-mayor because i have handled things much more harder then that. I will do what ever you tell me to do and i will do what ever it takes to get the position of co-mayor.
