Town Ownership Change

General Purpose of Contract:
To transfer legal ownership of the town *OneRepublic

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @Ascendent, am the Legal Owner of the said town and I agree to transfer the town to @GMaxx immediately.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms and agree that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I @GMaxx will assume legal ownership of the town *OneRepublic in exchange for the sum of $140,000 paid to @Ascendent no later than 3 months from 6/24/2015. The final date to receive all or the remaining balance would be 9/24/2015.

I @GMaxx also agree to not evict @Ascendent unless he is offline for 8 consecutive months.

I @GMaxx also agree that @Ascendant is the owner of the following plots and that his property is not to be touched or seized unless he is offline for 8 consecutive months:

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@GMaxx I am waiting on a mod to approve this contract for me so a GA can transfer ownership for me. I can't transfer ownership since I am a resident and a GA won't transfer it for me until I get approval.
