Hello all EcoCityCraftians! I, Sputnick587, am making a new town! I will be picking workers to help build it. I'm only picking the best of the best and will NOT give the job to those who beg. As of now I have no area picked out or anything of those sorts. For my town I want:

* Sewers
* A Moat


Grand design - Island surrounded by a large moat, Island has diffrent tiers. Bottom is the poorest and the highest is the Royal plots.
