I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> I agree to pay the user Rumball123 $85,000 upon his application for mayor being posted. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> Rumball123 will copy and paste the attached town application directly into his mayor application. After receiving his mayor town, he will give ownership of said town to Solstice18, and wait until Solstice18 removes him from the ownership perms. Rumball123 will also not lock anything within this town. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application.
