The town will be named Gondor and placed at the given location. @Dodos1 will add @Mysticgoli123 as a region owner. @Dodos1 will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Mysticgoli123 will become the new owner. If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @Mysticgoli123 may decide whether a new application will be filed.
