All users listed must sign.> @bluntpixel General Purpose of Contract: <general outline of what the contract is for.> To pay for @bluntpixel's mayor rank and subsequent change of control of said town to @Solstice18 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> Upon approval, I will pay @bluntpixel 85k, and upon receipt of the town, I will remove @bluntpixel from the ownership perms. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> Upon approval, @bluntpixel will apply for mayor using a copy of the town application that I have attached to this contract. Upon receipt of the rank and town, @bluntpixel will turn over control of the town to @Solstice18, and wait to be removed from ownership perms by @Solstice18. @bluntpixel agrees not to lock anything in this town during the town transfer period, and should he lock anything in said town, will agree to work to remove that lock in a reasonable amount of time. @bluntpixel also gives permission for this town to be claimed to @Solstice18 at some point in the future. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application.
