General Purpose of Contract:
I, @wenxuan100 will give @Coolguy32130 the money for mayor, and an additional 5k, so 90k total, and @Coolguy32130 will make me, @wenxuan100 the owner of the town @Coolguy32130 gets. @Coolguy32130 will not remove me, @wenxuan100 for ANY reason, and @Coolguy32130 will apply for town perks as I, @wenxuan100 ask for them, as long as I, @wenxuan100 provide @Coolguy32130 with money. @Coolguy32130 will also let me, @wenxuan100, pick the location (coordinates) and name of the town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @wenxuan100 will give @Coolguy32130 90k to apply for mayor, and give @Coolguy32130 the money to apply for town perks.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
When @Coolguy32130 gets mayor, @Coolguy32130 will make me, @wenxuan100 the owner of the town, and not remove me, @wenxuan100 for ANY reason, and will apply for town perks as I, @wenxuan100 ask for them, as long as I, @wenxuan100 provide @Coolguy32130 with money. @Coolguy32130 will also let me, @wenxuan100, pick the location (coordinates) and name of the town.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
