General Purpose of Contract:
I, @wenxuan100 will give @MinecraftGoat13 the money for mayor so 85k total whenever this contract is accepted, and @MinecraftGoat13 will make me, @wenxuan100 the owner of the town @MinecraftGoat13 gets. @MinecraftGoat13 will not remove me, @wenxuan100 for ANY reason, and @MinecraftGoat13 will apply for town perks as I, @wenxuan100 ask for them, as long as I, @wenxuan100 provide @MinecraftGoat13 with money. @MinecraftGoat13 will also let me,@wenxuan100, pick the location (coordinates) and name of the town. When this contract is approved, @MinecraftGoat13 will be paid 85k immediately when he gets online, and will apply for mayor when he receives the money, before 24 hours after the contract is approved is up. @MinecraftGoat13 may not use the money for anything else.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @wenxuan100 will give @MinecraftGoat13 85k to apply for mayor, and give @MinecraftGoat13 the money to apply for town perks. Whenever this contract is accepted, I will give @MinecraftGoat13 85k, and he will apply for mayor within the next 24 hours.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
When @minecraftgoat13 gets mayor, @minecraftgoat13 will make me, @wenxuan100 the owner of the town, and not remove me, @wenxuan100 for ANY reason, and will apply for town perks as I, @wenxuan100 ask for them, as long as I, @wenxuan100 provide @minecraftgoat13 with money. @MinecraftGoat13 will also let me, @wenxuan100, pick the location (coordinates) and name of the town. @MinecraftGoat13 will apply for mayor the moment he gets the 85k from me, when he is on and when this contract is approved, before 24 hours after it is approved is up.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
