IGN: @Joseph72006 Users Involved in this Contract: @Joseph72006, @GAMENIGHT1016 Terms of the contract: @Joseph72006 will add @GAMENIGHT1016 as a listed owner in the region Rebell within 24 hours of this contracts approval on the Main server. @Joseph72006 will remain the official owner of Rebell until 4x $200,000 ECD payments have been made by @GAMENIGHT1016 via a ChestShop setup at -3017 64 -8362 (/warp dragonborn), payment dates are as follows: $200,000 ECD Due on 12/06/25 $200,000 ECD Due on 19/06/25 $200,000 ECD Due on 26/06/25 $200,000 ECD Due on 03/07/25 If @GAMENIGHT1016 fails to make a payment on the set dates, $20,000 ECD/day late fees will be applied to the next amount owed capping out at +$120,000 per week in late fees on top of the due payments. Once all 4 payments have been made by @GAMENIGHT1016 he will be able to remove @Joseph72006 from the town Rebell and be able to use this contract as the official agreement to apply for a town transfer.
