Contract Title:
Town Transfer Contract for Oof and Wow

Parties:
This contract is made between the following:
- [IGN: @edrandom], the legal owner of the towns Oof and Wow.
- [IGN: @Revanrose6], the receiving party.

Terms:

1. @edrandom acknowledged as the official, legal owner of the towns Oof and Wow under ECC rules.

2. By this contract, @edrandom agrees to transfer full ownership of the towns Oof and Wow to @Revanrose6.

3. @Revanrose6 granted the immediate and unconditional right to file town transfer applications for Oof and Wow.

4. Once transfers are complete, @Revanrose6 shall be recognized as the legal owner of both towns.

5. This contract may not be revoked once signed, except by mutual agreement of both parties before applications are filed.
