This contract is made between the following:

- [IGN: @Revanrose6], the receiving party.

Terms:

1. @edrandom acknowledged as the official, legal owner of the towns Oof and Wow under ECC rules.

2. By this contract, @edrandom agrees to transfer full ownership of the towns Oof and Wow to @Revanrose6.

3. @Revanrose6 granted the immediate right to file town transfer applications for Oof and Wow.

4. Once the transfer applications are complete, @Revanrose6 shall be recognized as the legal owner of both towns.
