General Purpose of Contract:

To allow for transfer of the mayor town of @TheZombieMuffin to @Solstice18
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I will provide the town application (attached to this contract) for @TheZombieMuffin . Upon approval of this contract, @Solstice18 will pay @TheZombieMuffin $85k. After receiving control of @TheZombieMuffin 's mayor town, I will remove @TheZombieMuffin from the ownership perms.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@TheZombieMuffin will use the attached town application to apply for mayor. Altering any aspect of this application will constitute a breach of contract. Upon receiving @Solstice18's 85k, @TheZombieMuffin will apply for mayor. Upon receiving mayor, @TheZombieMuffin will turn over control of the town to me (@Solstice18)
@TheZombieMuffin also agrees that:
1: They will not lock anything within the borders of this town. If they do, they will help to unlock these items
2: they will not attempt to reclaim this town via the server protocols unless directly authorized by @Solstice18
3: @TheZombieMuffin gives permission to @Solstice18 to permenantly claim this town to his nation via server provided town transfer protocols.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this: I understand
