General Purpose of Contract:

To provide @Chillyzero123 with the mayor rank, in exchange for his mayor town
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

upon approval of this contract, @Solstice18 agrees to give @Chillyzero123 65k. Upon receipt of the town, @Solstice18 will remove @Chillyzero123 from the ownership perms

Upon receipt of the 65k, @Chillyzero123 will use the attached town application to apply for his mayor rank. Any alteration in the town contract will result in a breach of contract. Upon receipt of the mayor rank, @Chillyzero123 also agrees to turn over control of the town to @Solstice18 and await to be removed from ownership perms. @Chillyzero123 also agrees to the following terms:
@Chillyzero123 will not troll lock any lockable item within the town. if user does lock an item, they will help to remove that lock in a speedy fashion
@Chillyzero123 gives permission to @Solstice18 to permenantly claim this town for his nation at any time, via the town transfer process.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
