For @Solstice18 to help pay for @Altabyte s mayor rank, and receive his town in return
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Upon approval of this contract, @Solstice18 will pay @Altabyte 78,000 ECD. After receiving ownership perms, I will remove @Altabyte from the ownership perms, at which time the town will be referred to as @Solstice18 's
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Upon receipt of the 78,000 ECD, @Altabyte will apply for the mayor rank with the attached application. Any alteration of this application will constitute a breach of contract. @Altabyte agrees not to lock anything within the town, and if does so, will assist in removing said lock within a timely manner. @Altabyte gives express permission for this town to be claimed permenantly to @Solstice18 's nation via a town claim or the town transfer process. @Altabyte also agrees to allow placement of any other towns (as original owner) that have been approved by @Solstice18
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
