I @ctop_1013 agree to pay @Conorx a total of 250k! With being 80k upfront within a day of the contract being approved, 80k when halfway done, and 90k when the job is complete (he will have a month to get the job done). If the user @Conorx finishes the job within 2 weeks, we will give perms to the farm as a bonus!
I @ctop_1013 agree to pay @Conorx by using /pay command
I @ctop_1013 will provide materials at /warp rosered with the coordinates of -7947 / 77 / 10741
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Conorx agrees to finish the job within a month or @ctop_1013 will be refunded what ever he has paid him!
@Conorx agrees to not sell any of the materials that @ctop_1013 will be providing or user will need to then provide his own.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
