No. These signs are in the Lancaster Mall. The mall has a rule that any player who is inactive server-wide will have their shop removed, to which the player agreed upon renting the shop. Shops are further based on rent paid on the first of each month. The payer did not pay rent for February. The town further has an overall 14-day inactivity policy, to which the player agreed upon joining the town. The player has been inactive for 16 days. I do have a screenshot of /seen for that.

10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:

Allowing inactive stores to remain in place has a significant negative effect on a mall, especially a store located in a crucial spot like this one.
