They're not inactive however, this sign was placed to make it easier for another user to get there (As there is a warp). This user no longer has permission to the town; I have spoke to them in game regarding the trade sign, however they cannot removed it as they had changed their name.

@pokemon9508 I do not currently have a screenshot of him agreeing, as it was to my understanding that because it is his old IGN and it cannot be removed by himself I assumed it could be removed without said evidence. With this said, I have sent him another mail and I am currently awaiting his response. I will lock this removal request and repost once I have the evidence needed.
