7. Have you contacted the user to remove these?: I have sent him 2 mail messages in game prior to him going offline as I needed LWC's removed also.​

8. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? The user is not banned. I have made a thread regarding the town upgrade and this user has not been on the forums since Mar 10th 2012 and when I do /seen on the server he shows up as offline for 9 days 7 hours.
9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I am giving the town a makeover.​
