    Although user has been banned, the rules require that the only ways to bypass the 7 day inactivity clause are if they are banned to grief to the town, or have been asked to remove their locks within a reasonable timeframe.

    Please feel free to apply for their removal again when the minimum inactivity conidtions have been met.
