He has been warned to clear a sign 5 days ago, and has been on forums/in-game. I would like to have these locks removed finally as he hasn't dealt with me in the forum of /mail or forum pm - in case the "He's not online" card is pulled. The proof to removal notice can be found here. The post is 6,7 and 9 posts down. I posted it last Saturday in the afternoon. As one can see, I have given more than 3 days.
