Buddermanrules purchased a partially built building on a plot in my town (from the prior plot owner). It has been a while since then and they have made no effort at all to do anything with the plot. I have asked them before to do the roof (I didn't ask for them to do anything else!) and they ignored me. This is a large 40x40 plot and I am disappointed by its lack of use. Frustrated, I issued a notice of eviction, still giving them chance to make the roof, which they still didn't do, as you can see by this timestamp: http://imgur.com/JkRPLbS
