So it appears that running a third row shop is a lot of work for me. I don't think I'll have near enough time to manage it, and I'd rather someone who is interested in running it use it rather than me. So, I have decided to sell/trade station71.

I am selling it for 500k cash for the station itself. However, there are other options for those who don't want to scrounge up 500k ecodollars.

~Station71 and extra cash for a star tool (eff10 axe or star rod)

It appears that, after the whole LWC escapade, I have more than enough gear to stock station71. Therefore, it's no longer for sale :)
