We did not discuss a server, however, @BarbaricBuffalo did tell me that there is a rule against discussing mods The ECC Teamspeak is for playing the ECC server only. Other Games channels are to be used exclusively for other games. Playing other minecraft servers (including other games like Tekkit that are based on minecraft) using our Teamspeak is against the rules, except in cases of major ECC server downtime (6+ hours.) I guess it would pertain to singleplayer mode as well. If I was breaking the rules, I apologize for it. I would like to mention, a staff member is not to immediately perm-ban a player unless kicked first, we were never kicked, only warned once. So I do wish to continue to be on TeamSpeak, and I will keep in mind about what I say or discuss. Evidence: These are from my Technic Version(SPM*SinglePlayer Mode*).
Your attitude in game and in this appeal makes me think you do not understand how the staff function. So before I handle your appeal I will be pointing this out: This is part of the ECC Disclaimer and applies to any and all of our services. It was not unwarranted and I am not required to kick you. I made a decision based on the fact that everyone involved in the conversation is high ranking, knows the rules, and did not abide by a staff members warning to cease and desist the conversation of another server.
