The bank of Twenty-Nine is now offering loans. I will only loan out to trusted users of our amazing community. Use the application to apply for a loan below.
All applications are under my discretion. I can deny an application for any reason.

Formula=total payback/7

See how the amount of the loan affects the amount required to pay back, and the late fees that are required if needed. Late fees end after 21 days.

Investments

The bank of Twenty-Nine provides investment opportunities for Everyone in the community, no matter the rank. The minimum deposit is $20,000, and the maximum is $100,000. Your deposit will not be available for withdrawal for 1 month after the deposit. You will receive at least 100% of your investment back whenever you please after the 1 month are up. 50% profits of the loan(s) made with your investment will be added to your account, the other 50% will go towards Twenty-Nine Financial. I reserve the right to give you the funds in the account back at any time, for any reason. All late fees charged from loans will count for 50% of the investors profit. If the event in this business getting scammed, you will still have your money in your account.

If you are offline with /seen at anytime for more than 1 month your account will belong to Twenty-Nine Financial.

If you break any of our rules (found under "Rules") your account will belong to Twenty-Nine Financial.

Where is this office you speak of???

That's an amazing question. The office is outside the town of MapleVille (/warp mapleville). To your right you will see a blue building. You will get to the office by right clicking the first lift sign, that has an above heading of "Twenty-Nine Financial. Main Office". There isn't really anything in there but signs for payment.

Rules

The rules are as followed:

1. Do not accuse staff members of Twenty-Nine Financial of scamming. If you do really believe that you have been scammed, please do not hesitate to file a complaint.

2. Follow the terms of your contract (if applicable).

3. If you have been banned from ECC, your debts still need to be payed upon your return.

4. All of the server rules.

5. By taking out a loan you agree to have a report posted on the Loans Feedback page.

I was considering making the time for investments 1 month.

If you don't make any interest then you were just unlucky.

All the info on where the money is being used for is on the spreadsheet. Your account info is all there.

We made a different deal where I'm not making payments every week or so. So don't worry about that too much. All the money invested only goes in this business.

If you're interested in investing you can request that I write up a contract. This isn't supposed to be risky and sketchy, if you believe you have been scammed you could make a complaint.

Even though I wrote up the contract, you are banned forever without (according to a SuperMod) the chance to appeal.

 

@saidah you have accepted the contract but you have been banned. Do you plan on appealing?

 

You will only earn interest if it is loaned out. Your profit does not increase over time like traditional banks in real life.

It is extremely unlikely that there would not be an active loan for more than 4 or 5 days. If you do invest I would use your money for the loans before mine to ensure that the investors make as much profit as possible.
