Twintown has been designed and built by @AdmiralD and @freezing34 as a town that welcomes everyone that has joined ECC to have a good time and that would like to play nice.
Twintown Offerings
- Portal - located on Towns3 Floor - Redstone
- Town Mine - Easy access to mining with the ability to sell your items gathered at above server prices!
- Town Farm - Just about every crop is available for you to make a decision of what you like to farm best.
- Town Chapel - A place for you to visit, reflect and recharge.
- Town Library - This is where the Public Enchantment Table is located!
- Town Tree Farm - We have every type of tree available for you to farm for building materials or items to sell.
- Town Stable - A secure place to house your horse for a very reasonable fee. (Chestnut needs company)
- Town Shops - Available for rent to those that have extra items they would like to sell.
- Treehouse - Just a fun place to hang out with friends.
- Cooking Pots - Fast, efficient smelting for town members.
- KMaxwell has added an erepair shop in town! Specials for town members!!
Twintown Basic Rules
- All Server Rules Apply
- Grief will not be tolerated - Everyone works hard for their items on ECC and there is no reason to steal or destroy.
- This is a family friendly town so NO cursing is allowed in local chat. Take it to private or party messaging if you must.
- NO Farms on plots - a small garden is allowed, however, farm plots are available for rent if you want a personal farm.
- Plots may be built to sky, however, you may not build lower than y:55.
- You must notify mayors if you will be gone for more than 7 days or you will be removed.
We have Plots for sale. We are currently selling 10x10 for 1500 and 15x15 for 3780. (pm a owner)
We have farm plots for rent.
We have shops for rent.
We have apartments for rent.
We have townhomes for sale or lease to own. (Post below for more information and rental rates)
We are able to custom build a home for you. (Also post below for rates and information)

Seems like somebody broke into a couple of houses in our town. My house was missing four white clay blocks to the left side of the front door, and it looks like they broke into Tha_Krix's house as well, by taking out four blocks next to the front door. Easily fixable damage, but just a heads up to keep an eye out for people messing with others' stuff.
Edit: Just found two signs in my storage room were also broken. No big deal, but still, heads up.
Other than that, this town has been awesome! :) -

Thank you @Riggs316 for letting us know about this. I already had to file a grief report and @SREDDER1227 has been banned by the server for moderate grief, but is also banned from TwinTown for major grief in my opinion and will not be welcome back until he earns trust again. Not only did he grief many different areas of the town, he broke into my personal wheat farm where I have plants for the seeds for the new section of the town farm. I apologize for the time delay but the wheat crops should be available soon (above the pumpkins).
Another user also had been looking around some places they should not be and has been warned but I felt it was better not to file a report at this time since nobody learns a lesson if not given a chance. They apologized I really believe it will not happen again.
I will be keeping a very close eye on things as will our co-mayors and we apologize to everyone for any inconvenience. -
