The city of TwinTown is under construction by me and @woodbury3. Please comment if you are interested in buying a plot or home. It will be open to players from builder to SuperMod. There will be shop rental, plots, houses, and farms for sale! Talk to me or @woodbury3 for details on purchase of anything. Here are the possible prices.

Plots:
10x10 Plot: $1000
15x15 Plot: $1500
20x20 Plot: $2000
And so on for plots

Farms:
10x10 Farm: $1500
15x15 Farm: $2250
20x20 Farm: $3000
And so on for farms

Houses:
10x10 1 Story House: $1500 10x10 2 Story House: $2500 And so on.
15x15 1 Story House: $2000 15x15 2 Story House: $3000 And so on.
20x20 1 Story House: $2500 20x20 2 Story House: $3500 And so on.
And so on for Houses

Stores:
Weekly Rental Fee of $500

Rules:

Building Limits:
You can build as high as you want but sadly there won't be any basements because of the fact that the town was built on top of water.

Chatting:
Be respectful to ALL of the residents in the town. Keep the choice of words clean.

2 in one house:
If you wish to have someone live with you there will be a bill of $500 for the extra resident.

Signs:
If there are ANY signs posted by me or @woodbury3 will have to be taken seriously.

Eviction:
If you are inactive for 7 days or more you will be evicted and you will lose any items in the house or on the land. If you disobey any of the rules you will be evicted but will have the oppritunity to claim your items but you will also be reported. If you tell us you will be offline for more than 7 days for a legit reason you will not be evicted.

Infraction of ANY of these rules will result in a immediate report and eviction.
