Criteria:
Accept the 15% interest rate total on the original amount borrowed.
Loan terms no longer than 7 days. Interest becomes 25% each day late up to 15 days total from the original loan date. Then it's a complaint filed with possible temp ban.

Accept the 15% interest rate on the original amount borrowed.
Loan terms no longer than 10 days. Interest becomes 30% each day late up to 18 days total from the original loan date. Then it's a complaint filed with possible temp ban.

These are for the mayor+ members.
Criteria:
Accept the 15% interest rate on the original amount borrowed.
Loan terms no longer than 21 days. Interest becomes 30% each day late up to 30 days total from the original loan date. Then it's a complaint filed with possible temp ban.

These are for the mayor+ members.
Criteria:
Accept the 20% interest rate on the original amount borrowed.
Loan terms no longer than 30 days. Interest becomes 30% each day late up to 45 days total from the original loan date. Then it's a complaint filed with possible temp ban.
