Two empty towns for sale in Legacy

    Selling two 200x200 towns in Legacy - Evengor and Agrasia. No members in either.

    Evengor is flat with a step across the middle, with some derelict builds partly demolished. Agrasia is mostly over water and only about half surfaced.

    Open to offers, I simply have no need for these as all my towns are empty now and so I do not need the space.

    Neither has a warp. You can /warp avalon, turn round and follow the path to your right. This gets to Evengor, and then turn right to Agrasia, both are connected.

    I am the original owner of each.

    Agrasia has a lot of water, you need to go see really. Otherwise yes, flat, wet, but flat!

    Wet and flat is fine long as it has no buildings and you mark out the borders. 40k since its so wet
