[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2.1 - Renaming items Users cannot rename items for the purpose of making them misleading (for example, taking a cookie and renaming it “Diamond Sword”, and then attempting to auction or trade it without specifying that the item is a cookie is against the rules) If you are auctioning or trading an item that has been renamed, you MUST specify what the item was before it was renamed. All renamed items must follow the language and content rules for chat on the server. If it would not be appropriate in global, it is not an appropriate item name. Making or distributing items that are inappropriately named are both punishable to the same extent. If you find or receive an item that has been inappropriately named, please inform a staff member immediately, so that they may investigate and act appropriately. Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'. Clause 2.3 - Player Run Lotteries Any player run lottery is disallowed and will be treated as attempted scams or actual scamming depending on the situation. This includes any type of raffle or lottery that requires a buy in. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You cant really steal anything, do anything that has to do with "scamming". Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: As you can see, last time, i did not pay off my loan. I know, i was stupid. I really feel like if i get another chance maybe i can pay off my loans and be not hated anymore as much. Please, I know im not good at this. I will try to make like 40k/day, pretty easy for me.
Personally, I'm kinda unhappy with you right about now. You apparently have multiple loans out, and have been banned for failing to pay one of them. How do you plan on paying me back if you can't even handle the one you were banned for? That's a serious question by the way and I'd like a response because if you don't pay back your debt to me, it isn't just your rear on the ban list, but it will be mine also.
@MrNoobz To be frank with you, I am disappointed. I handled your last appeal, and you returned on the condition that you would pay back the money you owe to @_SKT_Faker. Which totals to 500k. However I did watch you these past five weeks from the moment you were unbanned until you were banned again, I was disappointed. I saw that you lotto'd any money you got, you were not very nice to many users and you were quite disruptive in chat. Then in the final few days before your payback was due I saw you going off in global about it. Then you spent your last days begging for a loan and for money to pay off your repayment. The payment schedule I set you was fair and really easy to manage if you were responsible about it, especially compared to your original agreement. But now you're in this position again. Yes, I am disappointed and no I do not feel you are serious at all in repaying this loan. Its easy to say you're sorry, but its not as easy to actually mean it. You've made some pretty irresponsible choices and its going to take a lot more than this to convince me that you'll shape up and honor your deal. There is no "out" of it, if you successfully appeal you are back to repay your debts, it is not free-playtime on the server, and you treated as such. I would like to see you put more effort into your next appeal. You are going to have to convince me that you are serious about this. More elaboration about your mistakes, more elaboration about what kind of choices you should take, and elaborate why we should let you back.
