Add an application that costs like 100k to make a town unclaimable. When the application is processed, simply write [Unclaimable] in the original town application title. This prevents people from claiming towns for LWCs (which is against the rules), because people who have things like MSwords and Eff 7s will probably use this application on those towns.
I mean, if you allow everyone to apply for this feature for only 100k, you're essentially removing the specialty about town claims - the ability to claim a town with owners who are 6 months or more inactive. 100k is very cheap, and I can see a lot of town owners doing this to their towns removing the incentive to rank up to tycoon and claim towns. -1
100k is too low. I'd like to see this, but it would have to cost something. 300-500k is what I'm thinking. It's a good amount of insurance to save you a lot of money.
I'm kind of in agreement with Sub on this one. 300k-500k (or whatever number you come up with) would be a fair insurance to cover the cost of 750k+ in tools. However, the problem you run into is everyone would want to (not saying they would actually get the funds to do so) have their town be unclaimable, and that would defeat the purpose of town claims. -1, just don't think it would work.
I like this only if: Once you rank up to EcoLegend, you get one Unclaimble Token (Like a Town Claim) Which you can apply to one of your original owned towns. This would make it Unclaimable. As a congratulations for beating ECC.
