How should we asses plots in residential areas?: 4
1: Make plots $10/square maximum ($1,000 for 10x10, $4,000 for 20x20).
2: Make plots $15/square maximum ($1,500 for 10x20, $6,000 for 20x20).
3: Install builder friendly towns at the owner's expense which would be assessed and given a plot price maximum depending on the situation.
4: Have no limit regardless.

How should we go about profits?: 3
1: Implement a taxation method based on towns involved.
2: Implement a taxation method based on players, regardless of towns.
3: Implement a donations system where benefits would be given to those who donated.
4: There should be no profits method, halting all future projects and obliteration all U.N. sub-categories.

I was thinking that we should make a big library with a bunch of books.

 

If there is someone good in stcoks he could invest the UN members funds that are stored in the bank and give the members a certain percentage every week/month and keep everything over that for himself, it would get money to all of us
