Ban reason: "griefing the mining world portal"
Counter Reason: I moved away from the spawn as soon as the Mods and SuperMods instructed me. I ran approx. 30 blocks away and stopped facing the spawn. I then proceed to look at my other monitor and while doing so, minecraft flashed and then I was banned. This is an unjustified ban. If I wasn't supposed to be in the area, why didn't they teleport me to the main world spawn. If I proceeded to come back to Mining I would just justification for a ban. The strongest punishment I believe that should be enforced should be a temp ban for a hour or so.
Evidence: None, was not recording nor did I take a snapshot due to looking at my other monitor.

 

Where is the proof that I placed blocks in the portal? I put them around it, with a way to escape if someone tried to enter, but there was no designated spawn area so how can I get in trouble for violating a spot that doesn't exist?

 

What is the time frame for handling this appeal? I've done nothing. Plus all I do is help people out, have fun, and give away free nstars/money/enchanted items/materials/etc. With this ban that is implemented you are hindering the minecraft/ecocraft server experience for everyone.

 

Can someone else look into this case. I started this thread in less than 10 minutes after being ban. The person who ban me had ample time to look at, evaluate and take action into the reversal of this accusation. This is cutting into my playing time which is scarce now a days. I want to continue playing, giving away free nstars, items, materials, etc. and to help people however else I can to people who deserve it.
