I am doing a couple things currently involving two towns:

Blackmesa

In this town, I am selling plots (resident+ only please) that come with FREE UNLIMITED Enchanted Repairs! Prices are as follows:
10x10 $3,000
20x20 $10,000
Special size (request a tp for a view) $5,000

This also comes with $1/placed block water, dollar is just to cover ice costs, free teleports (unless it is a massive request, like a bunch of people to spleef, then my price will be a spot in the game :p) free EXTcreations stuff (you provide signs ONLY if what you want needs more than 8 signs), free /stacks, and soon, free pyro stuff (once I go to the bank lol)

Sparkwood

This town has a 200x200 in it, and I am currently renting out a (fancy :D) hotel to use it! Prices are as follows, more floors will be added with time. I am not currently selling plots, maybe soon :D

Bottom Floor: $5,000 a week, comes with free repairs plus 200x200 access

Top floor: $7,500 a week,comes with free Enchanted repairs. Add on $2,500 ($10,000 a week total) and I will come EVERY time you pm me and repair anything you have, assuming I am online :D

Permanent Access: pm in game for info. Three options, one nothing one free normal repairs one free enchanted repairs for LIFE. Prices in-game only
